At Fifth Ward Water System, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.  Our secondary obligation or purpose is to provide water for fire protection.  Regretfully, our water system does not have the overall capacity to furnish water to our fire departments to meet 100% of their need.
