Late Fees & Cutoffs

All water bills are due and payable by the 10th of each month.  Bills not paid by the 10th of the month will be charged a late fee of five percent of the total bill.  Customers will then receive a late notice bill in red showing what the cut off date is.  Once the unpaid bill goes beyond the cutoff date, a $40 delinquent fee is added to the customer bill.  When all amounts assessed are paid, water will be turned back on.  After two months of non-payment, the account is deactivated and the deposit will then be used to settle the bill. When this happens, customers must apply for a new account and a new current deposit will be applied.
